Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania state Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient clinic experience is required. Experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal and functional impairments in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Documentation experience including evaluation notes, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and students. Participation in student programs is preferred.
- Adherence to discipline-specific state practice act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
