Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment (SC LLR PT License).
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Experience providing inpatient physical therapy with exposure to orthopedic (including same-day joint replacement and ortho trauma), neurological, medical, ICU, cardiac, renal, oncology, trauma, and stroke populations.
- Experience performing evaluations, specialized testing, and developing individualized plans of care that address strength, range of motion, coordination, sensation, ambulation, transfers, and bed mobility.
- Experience supervising treatment teams and collaborating with PTAs regarding patient care and goal setting.
- Demonstrated ability to perform evidence-based care and incorporate current research into interventions.
