Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred if not already listed above.
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
- Experience with orthopedic surgery, chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological conditions required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

- Shift Details: Days 0700-1530.
- Schedule includes typical outpatient caseload and expectations consistent with hospital outpatient operations.
