Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload typical of outpatient practice, including musculoskeletal and post-operative patients preferred.
- Current professional liability insurance or ability to obtain prior to start preferred.
