Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include post-acute care, geriatrics, and rehabilitation following orthopedic and neurologic conditions preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Sunday through Saturday coverage indicated; schedule will be confirmed with the recruiter.
- Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
