Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation, plan of care development, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
- Documentation experience in outpatient settings, including goal writing, progress notes, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or support staff as applicable.
- Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: experience with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation caseloads.
