As an ICU Nurse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to critically ill patients. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in guiding the team through challenging situations and maintaining a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Lead and supervise the ICU nursing team to ensure optimal patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
- Need 3 years experience in setting
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' technical experience: Preferred
