Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program, or foreign equivalent when applicable. Required if license obtained on or after January 2016.
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice. Required to start the assignment.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor. Required.
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS. Required.
- Experience in acute care inpatient hospital settings. Preferred: two years of physical therapy experience.
- Ability and willingness to float to other sites as needed. Required.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital (acute care inpatient).
- Shift Name: Days. Day shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 8x5 (five 8-hour shifts per week).
- Floating: Candidate must float to other sites as needed.
- Weekly Hours: 40.
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
