Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Boston, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while providing care in an inpatient hospital rehabilitation setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification (AHA BLS Healthcare Provider) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the acute care hospital environment required. Prefer 2+ years of acute care hospital experience.
- Familiarity with acute care hospital workflows, patient handling skills, and transfers required.
- Experience treating a broad age range and diverse patient populations preferred.
- Experience with EPIC documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to multitask required.

Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital (Inpatient Rehabilitation, coverage across inpatient floors).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0600-1900.
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, typically Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (part-time, approximately 24 hours per week).
- Patient census/productivity: Goal productivity approximately 5.2 clinical hours per 8-hour day; typical caseload management 8–15 patients with 6–7 patients seen per day.
- Department composition: Inpatient Rehab department includes Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
- Dress code: Dark gray scrubs.
