Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in post-acute and long-term care populations preferred.
- Client-specific requirement: willingness to split coverage between two nearby skilled nursing locations as needed.
