Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy services preferred.
- Ability to evaluate patients, set measurable functional goals, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide analytic documentation.
- Experience with diagnostic functional tests for muscle, nerve, and joint assessment preferred.
- Ability to provide patient and family education and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes within assigned geographic area.
- Comfort supervising and providing direction to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students preferred.
