Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings required.
- Demonstrated experience with patient mobility programs, transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise in post-acute or long-term care environments preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30.
- Schedule: 5x8, guaranteed 35 hours per week as noted by client.
- Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
- Onboarding note: Candidate must be available to comply with facility onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start.
