Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- At least 1 year of PT experience is required. New graduates are considered only if they have completed a Level II clinical experience rather than only Level I observation.
- Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled rehabilitation settings is required.
- Ability to evaluate, treat, and document using standardized assessments, evidence-based interventions, and electronic documentation systems per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Competence providing wound care, therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, ambulation training, use of assistive devices, and supervising PTAs, rehabilitation aides, or students.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, professional code of conduct, and ethics.
- Preferred: prior experience in skilled nursing facility workflows and participation in interdisciplinary meetings (patient care conferences, utilization review, rehab meetings).

- Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
