Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with mobility training, ADL assessment, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload typical of SNF settings, including documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
