Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads typical of a SNF environment and to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Client requires candidates to be available for a full-time schedule and to adhere to facility policies and procedures.

- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Contract Weeks: 13 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
