Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts PT license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other clinical settings.
- New graduates not accepted for this role.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Cypress outpatient screening form required prior to start (client-specific onboarding requirement).
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work days: Monday through Friday.
- Schedule notes: Clinic is open weekdays with extended evening hours; candidate must be open to working two evenings per week until 19:00 as part of schedule flexibility.
- Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week (client guideline).
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
