Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license in hand at profile upload. Compact license accepted where applicable, but NH license must be provided.
- Minimum 2+ years of current Physical Therapist experience. No new graduates.
- Oncology Physical Therapy experience required. This is an oncology PT position and oncology caseload experience is mandatory.
- Outpatient orthopedics experience required.
- Experience with EPIC and Expro required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Previous travel experience highly preferred.
- Traveler must have own vehicle for this assignment.
- Perm (permanent) address must be included in traveler profile at time of submission.
- Profile must include cover page (if available), complete work history, and a skills checklist current within one year pertinent to Physical Therapy.
- All requested return-to-office/time-off (RTO) must be included in profile upload. No more than five days RTO will be accepted; requests after upload will not be approved.
- Facility will not approve scheduling requests after offer. All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission.
- Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
- Preferred: device-specific training and prior competency with standard PT modalities (e-stim, ultrasound) noted in profile.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital outpatient rehabilitation clinic.
- Shift: Days. 40-hour guarantee.
- Typical patient day: 60-minute evaluations; treatment sessions 30–45 minutes. Typical load includes about 2–3 evaluations and multiple 30-minute treatments.
- Caseload: Adult-focused oncology population; therapists may treat across the cancer continuum including rehabilitation, survivorship, and palliative care.
- Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color or business casual; no open toe/back shoes; no leggings or crop tops.
- Orientation: Non-billable orientation may apply.
