Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent professional degree (required).
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist in MA or compact/licensure that qualifies to practice in MA (required to start assignment).
- Proof of current CPR certification (required).
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (required).
- 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting (required).
- Previous home health experience (preferred).
- Experience with neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic treatment planning and durable medical equipment knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to perform physical demands of field work including lifting, bending, standing and prolonged walking (required).
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English (required).
Assignment Details

- Start Date: Assignment begins April 2026 and extends through August 2026.
- Role: Provide in-home physical therapy services, develop and revise Plans of Care, document progress notes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
- Clinical Requirements: Must perform patient evaluations, instruct on assistive devices, order rehabilitative equipment as needed, and apply infection control/universal precautions.
- Travel Requirement: Must be able to travel locally to patient homes and work a flexible schedule.
