Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required (client-specific).
Experience with typical SNF documentation and care plans preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days.
Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
Shift Pattern: 5x8.
Start: ASAP.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.

New York City is about 60–75 miles and accessible via regional bus routes and nearby highways, supporting occasional metropolitan visits while living in a quieter, suburban setting.
