Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
- Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic health records preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatrics, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.
