Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
- Experience treating medically complex patients and providing restorative care in a long-term care setting preferred.
