Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed clinician in outpatient physical therapy. New graduates will not be considered.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience with common outpatient modalities and documentation systems preferred.
