Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Home health experience preferred. (Client preference: HH EXP PREFERRED)
- Ability to perform home health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document per agency and regulatory standards.
- Must be available for an ASAP start. (Client note: ASAP START)
