Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Recent experience in home health settings preferred.
- Experience performing home evaluations, fall risk assessments, and functional mobility training preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the coverage area: Cottonwood to Orland; occasional travel to Redding and surrounding communities is required.
- Documentation proficiency with electronic medical record systems preferred.
