Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing OT services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
- Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and developing individualized care plans preferred.
- Competence with documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
