Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required.
- Ability to manage caseloads including post-acute care and geriatrics.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
- Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed, including nearby partner skilled nursing locations.
