Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to support outpatient rehabilitation services in Cumming, GA, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily function while working in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 15–18 months of recent clinical experience in occupational therapy within the specialty. This must include outpatient experience and exposure to specialty therapies such as lymphedema management.
- Current lymphedema certification required.
- Experience working in outpatient multidisciplinary departments or hospital-affiliated outpatient rehab settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital-affiliated Outpatient Rehab Services.
- Shift: Days.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday. Schedule typically 8:00 AM–6:15 PM; hours may vary based on departmental needs.
- Assignment length: 13 weeks.
- Candidate must be able to work within a team including physical therapy and speech-language pathology and support specialty services such as CHT, wound care, lymphedema, vestibular, aquatics, sports, Parkinson’s programs, MBS and FEES studies.
