Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with appropriate degree for the discipline.
- Active New Jersey state license required before your first day.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Leadership experience managing therapy teams, including recruiting, scheduling, performance evaluation, and staff development.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance for rehab services in post-acute care, including documentation standards and care planning.
- Experience overseeing restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary team coordination preferred.
- Valid CPR certification preferred.
