Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client requirement).
- Experience with HCHB electronic medical record is required (client requirement).
- Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week (client requirement).
- Comfort with on-call or weekend requirements as noted by the client (client requirement).
