Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Demonstrated ability with documentation systems and patient care plans preferred.
Client-specific requirement: must be able to work a 5x8 schedule and provide 35 guaranteed hours per week as needed by the contract. (Preferred items are listed as preferred.)

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.
Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability required per facility staffing needs.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week as specified by the contract.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network when requested.
