Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC is required.
- At least 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required. (Client-specific requirement.)
- Experience with typical SNF documentation and Medicare/Medicaid reporting preferred.
- Ability to provide therapy in a long-term care environment, including working with geriatric populations and post-acute patients.
