Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility in Purcell, OK regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oklahoma OT license required to start the assignment. Compact license is not accepted.
- Minimum 1 year of OT clinical experience required.
- Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings is required.
- New graduates considered only if they have Level II experience (not solely Level I observation).
- Ability to perform standardized assessments, ADL retraining, therapeutic activities and exercises, and document treatment minutes per regulatory requirements.
- Ability to supervise OT assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students as needed.
- Resume required at time of submission.
- Skills checklist within the past year required at time of submission.
- 0-1 professional reference required at time of submission.
- Current BLS certification may be required by the facility.
- Adherence to NBCOT and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.
