Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
- Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative nursing programs, or post-acute care strongly preferred.
- Must be able to perform documentation in electronic medical records systems. Experience with SNF-focused EMR platforms preferred.
