Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outpatient and acute care settings preferred. This is a client-specific preference.
- Experience with evaluations, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharges required.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Familiarity with Meditech is desirable; training will be provided by the facility.
- Willingness to complete 2-3 days of orientation/training prior to beginning assignment.
- Business casual dress code.

- Facility type: Hospital (outpatient and acute care).
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Assignment length: 13-week assignment starting ASAP.
