Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of assignment.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluations, 60-minute evaluations, and one-on-one treatment sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, write functional goals, develop treatment plans, and document in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Experience with documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides, students, or support staff as needed.
- Adherence to professional standards, state practice act, and maintenance of required continuing education and licensure.
