Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or must be obtainable prior to start.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, skilled nursing, or post-acute care settings preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems and common SNF therapy equipment, including gait training devices, therapeutic exercise equipment, and mobility aids.
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and to develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs.
