Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
- Active state license in Florida required to start.
- Previous management or lead clinician experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding clinical staff.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to create and manage staff schedules and caseload distribution.
- Experience with patient care evaluation, outcome measurement, and care coordination.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic data reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers.
