Become a vital part of the team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT and X-ray equipment for a hospital setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT tech experience required.
- Experience performing general radiography including chest, abdomen, head, spine/pelvis, and extremities.
- Experience with CT exams including routine head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, CT angiography (head/carotid) and pulmonary embolism studies.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Current ARRT (Radiography and CT as applicable) certification required. ARRT Advanced certification preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- State license required: NY state license required for this role.
- Experience in adult acute care, outpatient, and emergency department settings required.
- Portable radiography experience required.
- First-time travelers accepted. Return-to-office parameters require manager approval.
