Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation preferred.
- Ability to document in electronic medical records required. Specific EMR system experience is preferred but not required.
