Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience required.
- OASIS experience required.
- Experience with productivity expectations in home health settings (ability to meet point-based productivity targets).
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between patient visits. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
- Preferred: strong interpersonal skills and prior experience working in the listed coverage areas (Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, Framingham).
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1600. (Typical schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM noted by client.)
- Weekly hours: Guarantee of 32 hours; sufficient work available for 40 hours. Productivity expectations: 26 points in 32 hours or 33 points in 40 hours.
- Coverage Areas: Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, Framingham area. Travel between patient homes required. Mileage reimbursed between visits.
- On-call/Weekend: Not required. Occasional day switches permitted for valid reasons.
- Required certification: Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
