Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Idaho State PT license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Ability to deliver evidence-based, exercise-driven care and to follow risk-stratified protocols.
- Comfort with one-on-one patient consultations and driving optimal frequency of visits (typical plan includes 45 60-minute sessions for dosing).
- Willingness to use clinical support tools (e.g., electronic outcomes tools and practice-efficiency platforms).
