Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Dixon, IL. The Rehab Director will recruit, hire, and train clinical staff; develop therapy strategies and protocols; evaluate patient care and outcomes; coordinate interdisciplinary rehabilitation services; manage daily clinic operations; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; and support business development and community outreach for a de novo outpatient clinic opening in April 2026.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physical Therapy with an appropriate degree.
- Active state licensure in the applicable discipline required to start.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in an outpatient setting or comparable clinical environment.
- Experience developing clinical programs, policies, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff.
- Familiarity with outpatient clinical operations, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to support clinic start-up activities for a de novo clinic opening (planning, staffing, workflows).
