Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active Maryland Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a clinic setting is required.
- Experience communicating treatment plans and reporting patient progress to physicians, including orthopedic and hand surgeons, is required.
- Comfort working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinic team and assisting center colleagues with patient care issues is required.
- Preferred: Prior travel or contract outpatient clinic experience.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
- Shift Hours: 08:00–17:00.
- Duration: 14 week assignment.
- Clinical Focus: Outpatient orthopedics; evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries; coordinate with in-house and specialty physicians.
