Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Client-specific requirement: ability to manage caseloads typical to SNF/LTC environments, including experience with restorative programs and documenting per facility protocols.
- Client-specific requirement: must be able to provide 36 clinical hours per week as guaranteed by the client.
- Preferred: experience with electronic medical records used in post-acute care.
