Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Arizona required prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized plans of care in an acute hospital setting.
- Ability to perform direct patient care responsibilities typical of an inpatient hospital, including transfers and mobility assistance; ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
- Proficiency with computerized documentation systems and common office equipment.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required for employees working in certain affiliate settings (must possess at time of hire and maintain while employed) when applicable to the assigned facility.
- Demonstrated clinical competency with documentation that reflects skilled interventions and measurable functional goals.
- Preferred: prior experience supervising or delegating to PTA, therapy technicians, or students.

- Assignment Duration: 13 Week travel assignment.
