Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience required, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Willingness to work an open schedule that may include 4x10s and two evening shifts per week until 7:30 PM (preferred).
- Completion of assigned pre-assignment healthstream modules will be required prior to start (agency reimbursed per policy).
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1830; schedule may follow 4x10s and include two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Duration: 13–26 weeks.
- Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
