Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills while working in a long-term care setting in Saint Joseph, MO.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric populations preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ADL/IADL assessments, adaptive equipment, splinting, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
- Current professional liability insurance and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility policy.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Long-Term Care.
- Shift: Days.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Hours: Flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM for an 8-hour shift.
