Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program or equivalent entry-level degree required.
- Current State Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts required to start the assignment.
- Proof of current CPR certification required.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
- 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
- Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care, document progress notes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as part of routine duties.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally when required.
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
