Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or client-required equivalent.
- Active Washington state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Must have inpatient rehabilitation experience. (Client-specific requirement.)
- Experience treating adult and older adult populations, including neuro/CVA diagnoses preferred.
- Comfort managing a full caseload with an expected productivity of approximately 6.5 treatments in an 8-hour day. (Client-specific expectation.)
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient acute rehabilitation).
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work Days: Monday–Friday primarily.
- Weekend Requirement: One weekend day per month with a compensatory day off during the week.
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.
- Patient Population: Adult and older adult in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Unit Size: 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Time to Report on First Day: 08:00. Ask for Elle upon arrival. Parking available in front.
