Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience at a Medicare-certified agency. (Client-specific requirement.)
- Experience with HCHB electronic medical record required. (Client-specific requirement.)
- Productivity familiarity with treating approximately 6–7 patients per day preferred.

- Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
